AAF Ashing furnace
One of the most common applications for laboratory furnaces is to heat combustible samples in order to analyse the ash residue. As there is no single solution for all requirements, Carbolite Gero offers a range of ashing furnaces with characteristics tailored to ashing and burn-off applications.The product range includes models to meet ISO 1171:2010, ASTM D3174-04:2010, ASTM D4422 with preheated airflow and the required number of air exchanges/minute.
EVA versaitle tube furnace
Tube furnaces are ideally suited for heating small products or for applications including vacuum and modified atmosphere. Carbolite Gero offers a range of tube furnaces up to 3000°C with specialist models including multi-zone, high vacuum and laboratory/industrial batch or continuous models. A extensive range of tube/reactor diameters and lengths is available in various materials including ceramic and metal.
GPC 13/297 - retort furnace for sintering (annealing) of additive manufacturing (AM) metallic parts
Additive manufacturing builds an object by adding ultrathin layers of material one by one. Additional powder layers are bonded to the previous layer by laser sintering. The furnace sinters components from additive manufacturing machines using metal powders. This process normalizes/destresses the parts under an inert atmosphere of less than 50ppm O2; O2 content is monitored by a probe in the gas outlet. The Inconel retort has a uniform volume of 400 mm x 400 mm x 350 (h) and operates in argon.
