BRUINS INSTRUMENTS was founded in 1979. Starting with high performance UV-VIS-NIR systems, unreached in resolution and sensitivity, the product portfolio has been widened with modular systems for research and delopment as well as NIR Analyzer for routine control.
In 1982 Bruins Instruments delivered its first NIR Analyzer systems to Agriculture and Food industries. Since then we continue to expand and improve our line of NIR Analyzers and delivered thousands of systems worldwide.
Today our production line comprises NIR Transmission Analyzer for Agriculture and Food industry for the analysis of whole grain, dairy products, cereals, Sweets and NIR Reflectance Analyzer for flour and baked goods, food ingredients, feed and pet food, dry materials.
Our 'combi' devices are unique, so that one can measure in Transmission and in Reflectance mode in one instrument. There are no comparable devices from competitors.
All our devices are made in Germany.
AgriCheck
The NIR Analyzer AgriCheck is designed to measure all kinds of whole grain such as Wheat, Durum, Barley, Corn, Soybeans, Brown Rice, Oats, Rye, Triticale, Sorghum and others.
It is available in different Versions:
the basic model AgriCheck,
AgriCheck XL with additional module for measuring wet samples and for small sample volumes.
AgriCheck plus for Transmission and Reflectance measurements, which connects 2 analyzers in one
All versions are also available with built-in Hectoliter Weight Unit
InfraCheck
The NIR Analyzer InfraCheck measures all kinds of grinded products and pastes such as Potato Chips, Bakery Products, Chocolate, Flour, Spices, Tea, Wheat Bran, Soybean Meal, Soybean Cake, Sunflower Meal, Sugar Beet Pulp, Peanut Cake, Lucerne, different kinds of Feed and many more.
